Choosing Wisdom is a coaching, event-hosting, and educational platform designed to provide personal development, business training, and community support. Our Services include online and live coaching programs, events, courses, memberships, and digital resources.
2. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a coaching program, online course, membership, event, or accessing Lead Magnets, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. - Any personal or business-related information shared in coaching sessions, events, or private groups must remain confidential among participants. Choosing Wisdom is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by other attendees.
- All materials provided by Choosing Wisdom, including but not limited to course content, event recordings, coaching materials, and proprietary information, are copyrighted and may not be reproduced, republished, resold, or modified.
3.3 No Professional Advice
Choosing Wisdom and its coaches do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Any guidance provided through our Services is for informational purposes only. Users should consult a qualified professional for specific advice.
4. Billing, Payment & Refund Policy
4.1 Payment Terms
- Some programs offer installment plans or recurring memberships. Clients must maintain an active payment method to continue accessing Services.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Choosing Wisdom does not store or manage your payment details.
4.2 Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds may be granted under specific conditions outlined at the time of purchase. Event tickets and digital product sales are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be submitted in writing for review. Decisions made by Choosing Wisdom regarding refunds are final.
5. Events, Coaching Sessions & Community Interactions
- Participation in live or virtual coaching sessions, events, or community discussions implies acknowledgment that you will be interacting with other individuals.
- Choosing Wisdom reserves the right to remove any participant from an event, group, or coaching program if their behavior is disruptive, offensive, or violates these Terms.
- Events, coaching sessions, and webinars may be recorded for training, marketing, or educational purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of these recordings within our platform or private membership areas.
6. Communication Permissions
By engaging with Choosing Wisdom, you consent to receive emails, SMS messages, or other communications related to your enrollment, appointments, updates, and promotions.
- You may opt out of promotional emails and SMS messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link or replying “STOP” or “DONE” to text messages.
- We comply with all email marketing and SMS opt-in regulations.
7. SMS/Text Messages Policy
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Choosing Wisdom, you consent to receiving text-based communications, including appointment reminders, event notifications, purchase receipts, customer service messages, and, when explicitly authorized, promotional messages. Message frequency may vary based on your engagement.
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by texting “STOP” or “DONE” to the shortcode or phone number from which you received the messages. Upon receipt of the “STOP” or “DONE” command, we will confirm your unsubscribe status. Should you wish to resume receiving messages, you may rejoin by opting in again through our website or by texting “START” to the appropriate number.

- Any content shared in the community remains the property of the original creator but grants Choosing Wisdom the right to display or use it within our programs and promotions.
9. AI Assistant Usage & Limitations
Choosing Wisdom may utilize an AI-powered assistant to enhance user experience by providing automated responses, general guidance, and support.
- The AI Assistant provides informational support only and does not replace human coaching.
- The AI Assistant does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
- Interactions with the AI Assistant may be monitored for quality improvement.
- Choosing Wisdom is not liable for errors, misinterpretations, or actions taken based on AI-generated responses.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes related to Choosing Wisdom Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
- Users agree to a good-faith negotiation process before pursuing legal action.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Utah, unless another method is mutually agreed upon.
- For disputes not subject to arbitration, legal matters shall be handled in Utah state courts.
11. Termination of Access & Modifications
Choosing Wisdom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any part of our Services at any time if a user violates these Terms.
