Platform Overview
Choosing Wisdom is a coaching, event-hosting, and educational platform. By accessing and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern participation in coaching programs, online courses, live and virtual events, memberships, and related services offered by Choosing Wisdom.
Service Agreement Terms
By enrolling in a Choosing Wisdom coaching program, online course, membership, or event, or by requesting access to free or paid resources such as downloadable guides, templates, eBooks, webinars, or other digital materials (collectively referred to as “lead magnets”), you agree to the terms of service outlined here. Participation requires adherence to guidelines, respectful engagement, and compliance with all applicable laws.
- Client Agreements: Clients enrolling in coaching programs or attending events agree to abide by the program structure, payment policies, and participation guidelines. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of access without refund.
- Intellectual Property: All course content, event recordings, coaching materials, and proprietary information are copyrighted and may not be resold, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.
- Confidentiality: Any personal information shared within coaching programs or events is expected to remain confidential among participants. However, Choosing Wisdom is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by other attendees.
- No Professional Advice: Choosing Wisdom and the coaches providing the trainings do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Users should consult a qualified professional for such matters.
Billing & Payment
Choosing Wisdom offers coaching programs, online courses, membership plans, and event registrations. Payment terms include:
- Installments & Subscriptions: Some programs may offer installment plans or recurring memberships. Clients are responsible for maintaining their payment method.
- Refund Policy: Refunds may be granted under specific conditions outlined at the time of purchase. Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Dispute Resolution: Any payment disputes or refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Decisions made by Choosing Wisdom regarding refunds are final.
Events, Coaching Sessions, and Group Interactions
Choosing Wisdom provides live and virtual group coaching sessions, courses, and events.
- Group Participation: By participating in events, group coaching sessions, or community discussions, you acknowledge and accept that you will be interacting with other individuals.
- Recording and Sharing: Online and in-person meetings may be recorded for training, marketing, or educational purposes. Participation implies consent for Choosing Wisdom to use these recordings publicly or within private membership areas.
- Behavior Expectations: Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the community may result in removal from the event, coaching session, or platform without a refund.
Independent Contractors
Choosing Wisdom may engage independent contractors, including guest speakers, event facilitators, and coaches.
- No Employment Relationship: Contractors are not employees of Choosing Wisdom and are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations.
- Confidentiality and IP Agreement: Contractors agree not to disclose proprietary information and acknowledge that all content created for Choosing Wisdom remains the intellectual property of Choosing Wisdom.
Communication Permissions
By engaging with Choosing Wisdom, you consent to receive event updates, coaching session reminders, and promotional materials via email, SMS, or other communication channels.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through provided unsubscribe links or by contacting support.
- Compliance: We comply with all email marketing and SMS opt-in regulations.
SMS/Text Messages Policy
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Choosing Wisdom, you acknowledge and agree to receive communications related to appointment reminders, event notifications, receipts for purchases or payments, customer service and support, and, when explicitly authorized, occasional promotional messages. The frequency of these messages may vary based on your engagement with our services.
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by texting “STOP” or “DONE” to the shortcode or phone number from which you received the messages. Upon receipt of the “STOP” or “DONE” command, we will send a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Should you wish to resume receiving messages, you may rejoin by opting in again through our website or by texting “START” to the appropriate number.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for any delayed or undelivered messages. Choosing Wisdom does not assume liability for technical issues, carrier-related problems, or disruptions in service that may impact the timely delivery of SMS communications.
Choosing Wisdom prioritizes the privacy and security of your personal information. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your phone number or personal data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS-related data may be shared only with third-party service providers to facilitate essential operational services such as customer support, appointment scheduling, and transactional communications. Acceptable Use & User Contributions
Choosing Wisdom provides discussion forums, coaching calls, and private group interactions (such as Facebook groups and Go High Level community spaces). Users must adhere to community guidelines
- Respectful Engagement: Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
- No Unauthorized Promotion: Self-promotion, spamming, or solicitation without prior approval is prohibited.
- Content Ownership: Any content shared within the community remains the property of the original creator but grants Choosing Wisdom the right to display or share relevant materials within its programs and promotional efforts.
Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, course content, and event recordings are copyrighted and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
- Personal Use Only: Participants may use materials for personal development but cannot sell, redistribute, or alter content for commercial purposes.
- Licensing Agreements: In cases where Choosing Wisdom provides licensed materials, users must comply with any additional terms specified.
AI Assistant Usage & Limitations
Choosing Wisdom utilizes an AI-powered assistant to enhance user experience by providing automated responses, general guidance, and support for coaching and event-related inquiries.
- Informational Support Only: The AI Assistant is designed to provide general information and does not replace professional coaching or live support.
- No Professional Advice: The AI Assistant does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Users should consult a qualified professional for such matters.
- Data Processing: Interactions with the AI Assistant may be monitored and stored for quality improvement and compliance purposes.
- Liability Limitation: Choosing Wisdom is not responsible for errors, misinterpretations, or actions taken based on AI-generated responses.
- Communication Consent: By using the AI Assistant, users consent to receiving automated messages related to Choosing Wisdom’s coaching programs and events. Users can opt out through account settings or by replying STOP or DONE to SMS communications.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes related to Choosing Wisdom services will be governed by the laws of the state of Utah.
- Dispute Process: If a dispute arises, users agree to a good-faith negotiation process before pursuing formal legal action.
- Arbitration Agreement: If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Utah, unless another method is agreed upon by both parties.
- Jurisdiction: For matters exempt from arbitration, legal disputes will be handled in Utah state courts.
Access Termination & Modifications

- Account Suspension: Violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
- Contractual Exit: Users may cancel their accounts, but some contractual obligations may persist beyond termination.
